As a current high school history teacher who has loved wood working for years, I finally decided to marry 2 of my passions. Established early in 2026, I decided to start a business based on my years of passion for woodworking ; leveraging the teachings of my grandfather when I was a child and a touch of YouTube assistance as well ;-) All of my boards are named after significant Americans in history, in order to easily identify but also pay respect to those that shaped our country. As a result of all these things, Bodhi Tree Designs LLC was born. The company is named after my son, who I hope to be able to pass down my technique, knowledge and love for wood working someday, as of now, he just likes running around the shop. While the focus has been on cutting, charcuterie and cheese boards, my intent is broadening. Stay tuned for sushi boards, carved signs, furniture and more. As always, I will do my best to accommodate any request, the requestor just needs to be patient on occasion, good craftsmanship takes time and I will never rush a job at the expense of quality.
